RV RATES: SEASONAL AND STORAGE

These are the current rates for our park, and all amenities within Berryland RV Park as of January 2019 and are subject to change.

The Term Full Hookup is defined as: Water, electric, and sewer hookup on each site.
All Seasonal Sites are 30amp hookup. 50amp available but at an additional cost on some sites. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Seasonal sites include water and sewer ONLY. Each seasonal site has it's own electrical meter which must be turned on by the renter through the local power company. We will provide phone numbers and site numbers for you to supply the power company to complete the full hookup

Seasonal sites start at $750.00 plus electric. This is a flat rate but is also subject to change. A yearly contract is required.

IMPORTANT NOTE :
We do NOT allow permanent residence at our park. While the park is open year round it is not available as a 1st or 2nd residence.

Daily (2 day Min) sites include electric,water and sewer. Pricing is $20 daily, $140 weekly, $500 monthly. Senior (55 and older) rates $18 daily, $100 weekly, $360 monthly.

Outside Storage is $12 a month for (1-2 months), $9 a month Quarterly (3 months or more), Yearly $108 Annually. Seasonal site holders with a discount available for three months or more. Outside storage lessee must carry their own insurance.
